What is PropTools?
PropTools is a collection of free tools for property professionals in the UK.
This suite of tools was developed by Lets Delight for their own internal use. However, when other property professionals learnt about the tools, they asked if they could have access to them. So Lets Delight decided to make some of their tools available under the PropTools brand name.
How much does it cost?
Registering for a PropTools account is free. The tools that are currently available are free to use and will remain free. Other tools may be added in the future which will require a paid subscription but the pricing tools available today will always be free to use for registered users.
How do I register?
To register for a PropTools account, simply click the Sign Up button on the homepage. Fill in your business name, your name and email address and instructions will be sent by email on how to set your password and activate your account. Registration is a straight forward process and only takes a few minutes.
What tools are available?
The tools available within PropTools are all essential things that have been developed by Lets Delight to help them operate their property business. Other tools will be added in the future.

The PropTools Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) calculator is up to date and provides accurate price data for both primary residences and investment properties.
The pricing tools work with Post Outcodes - the part of the postcode before the space. The Demand or Supply Index is a value ranging from 0 to 100. These are colour coded to make identification quick and easy. The information is up to date and draws from multiple sources to ensure a high level of accuracy of the price range.
